Ocean Majesty Yacht Rental – Dubai, UAE

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all yacht rental bookings facilitated by Ocean Majesty Yacht Rental (“Ocean Majesty”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By confirming a booking inquiry via WhatsApp, email, phone, or any other communication channel, the customer (“Client”, “you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Service

1.1. Ocean Majesty Yacht Rental operates as a booking and coordination service that sources yachts from authorized and licensed third-party yacht owners and operators in Dubai, UAE.
1.2. Ocean Majesty does not own or operate yachts directly and acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the yacht owner.

2. Booking Confirmation

2.1. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation is provided by Ocean Majesty via WhatsApp, email, or official communication.
2.2. All confirmed bookings are treated as final, subject to the cancellation terms below.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. All bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed.
3.2. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the client for any reason, 20% of the total booking amount shall be retained by Ocean Majesty as a non-refundable service and coordination fee.
3.3. The remaining balance, if any, may be eligible for a refund subject to approval by the respective third-party yacht owner and operational constraints.

4. Refund Eligibility & Processing

4.1. Any refund eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of the third-party yacht owner after deducting the non-refundable service fee.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method and banking timelines.
4.3. Ocean Majesty is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or third-party operators.

5. No-Show & Late Arrival

5.1. Failure to arrive at the designated boarding location at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.
5.2. No refunds shall be issued for no-shows or significant late arrivals resulting in reduced charter time.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

6.1. Yacht operations are subject to weather and sea conditions as regulated by UAE maritime authorities.
6.2. In cases where trips are canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events, Ocean Majesty will assist in rescheduling where possible.
6.3. Refunds in such cases are subject to the yacht owner’s policy and availability.

7. Payment & Chargebacks

7.1. Ocean Majesty does not accept online payments through the website. All payments, if applicable, are coordinated offline.
7.2. In case of any payment disputes or chargebacks, the same cancellation terms apply, and 20% of the booking amount remains non-refundable as service charges.

8. Amendments & Rescheduling

8.1. Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and approval by the yacht owner.
8.2. Ocean Majesty does not guarantee date or time changes once a booking is confirmed.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Ocean Majesty shall not be held responsible for operational issues, mechanical delays, or service deficiencies attributable to third-party yacht owners.
9.2. The client agrees that Ocean Majesty’s liability is strictly limited to its role as a booking facilitator.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction limited to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
